What is a Deal of the Day?

Our website concept is a "deal a day". We offer you one product for one day only. You better bite quick.

Oh-Em-Gee, I missed the deal!- Can we let you buy yesterday's deal, today?
No... once the deal has expired, you cannot buy the product. If you desperately need this DOD check our store! Results may vary. Expired DODs don't do a body good! Pick and bite while they're fresh!
Will you offer the same product or service in future?
Hm... Maybe. It all depends on the demand we see, and if we are able to offer that ridiculously low price again. If you want to see something back, or a new product you are looking for, contact us!Use the Suggest a Product Link to do that!
Are your products Genuine Apple or brandname products?
Unless specifically stated, our products may not be genuine Apple products or other Brand-name products. Generics are a great way for you to get the same product without spending a lot of money for just a name!
Are you affiliated with Apple Inc.?
No, we are not affiliated with Apple Inc. iPhone, iPod, Macbook, iPad, are all trademarks of Apple Inc.
Are all products new?
Yes, all products we offer are new! However, some may be shipped withoutoriginalpackaging.
Why don't you require us to register for an account?
When we founded this site, we made sure our own pet peeves weren't present. Many a time we went to purchase something but abandoned our effort when it came to the scary registration page. To save you the suffering, we made it optional.
What do I get if I register?
If you register with us, you have the option of signing up for our newsletter which may include handy- dandy, super-awesome, money-saving, new-love-of-your-life, fuzzy-feeling-inducing coupons! It also creates a handy account for you to return to, so you don't have to fill up all of your information all over again. It will also help you track your FASTship packages, although they are so fast you might not even need to track it!
Is it free to join?
Absolutely! You can set up a free account with us now. Simply create an account during checkout, and login through the Log-In page at the top in order to access your account!and enter your details. You will need a valid email address and create a user-name and password.
I have a PO Box address; will you ship me goods?
We can ship goods to PO Box addresses in the US. We will NOT deliver to hotel or motel addresses. Sorry!

What is FASTship?
FASTship items are shipped out free as always. They arrive super fast (within 2-7 business days) and we will give you the tracking number so you can track it till it gets to your doorstep! Although, we must let you know- it's fast enough to arrive before our competitors. FASTship items will ship altogether, but separately from the rest of our items. Unless marked FASTship, the item will be shipped via standard shipping.
- *Items are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days of when your order is placed. FASTship items are shipped within 2 business days.
- *We currently only ship to the US.
- *Shipping times are estimated at 10-20 business days. Faster shipping is available on FASTship items; these items arrive within 2-7 business days. On ALL of our items we offer FREE standard shipping to anywhere within the United States. We currently do NOT provide tracking numbers or an email to notify of shipment, unless it is FASTship.
- *Using an E-Check, Holidays, and other global circumstances, like bad weather conditions, can affect these time estimates! Postal locations on rural routes our outer city limits may also be delayed due to lower USPS traffic going through.
- *All packaging is done as securely as possible to ensure that the product is shipped safely.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
We start processing orders within 24 hours of when the order has been placed.Do not contact us after 24 hours for a refund on your order, expecting us to be able to cancel the shipment.We think people should be responsible enough to order an item only when they're sure they want it, instead of complicating processing for others.
*While our official policy is a "No Returns" policy, this is mainly for protection from any kind of fraud or abuse. We will try to work with you if there are any problems with the product. This does NOT include a change of mind. We only accept returns that are approved by AppleDOD (us). Contact us through the Contact Us page for an RMA number and return form. Please include your name as it appears on the payment method you have used. RMA numbers should be clearly printed ON the box and shipped via tracked or insured mail.Returns are only accepted if reported within 7 days of being received and if it is dead on arrival (DOA). Damaged packaging is not a reason for return. Please remember that we do not accept returns that are unauthorized and do not have an assigned RMA number. Any returns that are not authorized risk being rejected at sender's cost. Packages rejected or sent back to us due to failure to to pick-up or re-scheduling delivery are not eligible for refund. Shipping costs and return postage is non-refundable. We will request images as proof of damage, so please have those ready.
